ABOUT THE ROLE

Lynx is looking to add a high-performing User Support amp; Operations Associate to our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the establishment and ongoing success of Lynx’s User Support Team, dedicated to delivering exceptional service to Lynx users, including our clients; Learning Partners, and students. This is a perfect opportunity for someone with a background in customer support or operations who is interested in working at a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up.

First Line User Support:

  • Provide exceptional support to Lynx users, using cutting-edge tools to streamline communication and resolve inquires efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records of user interactions, progress, and feedback

User Experience Enhancement:

  • Analyze user feedback to make data-driven recommendations on process improvement to elevate the overall user experience.
  • Advocate for user needs, ensuring that processes and practices across the company align with customer satisfaction goals.

Process Ownership:

  • Take ownership of documentation and execution of customer service and user experience processes.
  • Ensure that processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with organizational goals.

Learner Operations Support

  • Assist in improving the onboarding process for learners joining the LynxEducate platform and Learning Partners joining the Lynx catalog.
  • Support the Learning team to efficiently enroll and support learners as they complete their learning program.

Requirements

YOU ARE A GOOD FIT FOR THIS ROLE IF:
  • You have 2-3 years of experience in a customer support or operations role.
  • You are an excellent verbal and written communicator; you can communicate your ideas clearly and concisely to drive alignment and decision-making.
  • You love building and improving processes, and always ensure meticulous execution of established processes, leaving no detail overlooked.
  • You are bilingual in French and English (C1 level minimum in both). Knowledge of Italian is a plus.
  • You are a problem solver who is excellent at finding creative solutions to solve complex issues and enhance user experience.
  • You are curious, proactive, and thrive in fast-paced environments prone to change
  • You are energized by the opportunity to build something from scratch; you excel working autonomously and navigating ambiguity .
  • You are passionate about education, workforce development and/or issues related to the future of work.
