The Position.

At IMD, we have several online ventures spanning multiple industries, countries, and languages. Our latest project is an AI-based product to revolutionise e-learning, and your role will be broken down into a few key responsibilities.

  • Email/Chat Communication - with new and existing customers to aid them in signing up, payment and overall use of the product
  • Take ownership with the scale of the businesses in relation to our team size, every employee has the opportunity to work autonomously and have a direct and meaningful impact on the business
  • Innovate we have a good existing support set-up but always look for improvement. As part of your role, we hope you will offer suggestions to push forward the support we to our customers.

Requirements

We're looking for a few key skills:

  • Previous experience providing IT support - helpdesk, technical support, 1st line or 2nd line or customer service, preferably in a software support environment.
  • Fluency in French and English - with excellent communication skills in both languages
Nice-to-have
  • Experience with our support tools - Zendesk, HelpScout, Intercom
