As a Solution Consultant, you will occupy a pivotal role bridging the product team and customer-facing teams. Your expertise will be crucial in deploying and integrating PriceHubble's solutions, particularly for enterprise customers. Your primary contributions will include:

• Acting as the solution expert in pre-sales discussions.
• Collaborating with prospects and account executives to design efficient integration workflows.
• Project managing the integration project, guiding the customer development team through each step, before hand-holding to Customer Support teams after go-live.

In this role, your contributions will be vital in enhancing customer satisfaction and strengthening the seamless integration of PriceHubble solutions into diverse business environments. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Expertise in Solutions Integration: You will be the go-to expert for integrating PriceHubble's UI-driven and API-driven solutions into various business workflows, including CRM and ERP integrations, and real estate-driven customer journeys. Collaborating closely with the Solution Consultant Lead, you will adhere to best practices and integration frameworks.
• Understanding Business Use Cases: Your role involves comprehending the rationale behind business use cases, providing prospects and customers with best practices for incorporating property data into their daily workflows, to boost their business performance.
• Supporting Pre-Sales Activities: As a key player in pre-sales activities, you will join customer calls to support the sales team. Your goal is to engage with technical buyers from the customer's side, demonstrating the ease of implementing PriceHubble solutions in their workflows.
• Documentation of Integration Workflows: You will be responsible for documenting the integration process defined with the customer, ensuring it is included in the contract for clarity and transparency.
• Integration Project Management: Once a contract is signed, you will lead the integration project. This involves close collaboration with the customer’s technical team (internal or external) to facilitate a smooth integration. Although PriceHubble does not offer direct integration services, you will provide essential support and guidance to customers and partners during the integration phase.
• Integration Handover Documentation: Your responsibility extends to documenting the integration comprehensively to ensure a seamless handover to the Customer Service teams, as they will handle integration support after the project's go-live.
• Acting as an Evangelist: Promoting advanced solutions within the organization, demonstrating how they can be leveraged atop PriceHubble products to optimize mid-tier and enterprise customer business workflows.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Solution Consultant who is deeply passionate about technology and its transformative impact in the real estate sector. The ideal candidate should possess:

• Strong Technical Project Management Background: Proven expertise in managing complex SaaS integration projects, at ease with API integrations. Experience with No code solutions is a plus.
• Experience in defining and implementing Integration Frameworks: Proven experience in designing and executing integration frameworks within a fast-paced SaaS environment, demonstrating a capacity to handle rapid changes and evolving client requirements while maintaining high standards of integration and service delivery.
• Deep Understanding of Integration Processes: A thorough grasp of integration methodologies and the ability to impart this knowledge to the team.
