The Team

With diverse services spanning growth strategy and new product innovation, to omni-channel customer experience, supply chain resiliency and AI-driven new business models, we help clients shape and achieve their growth agenda for a sustainable future.
The Role
- Lead requirements elicitation
- Lead requirement and design workshops with multidisciplinary teams, business amp; SMEs
- Formalize workshops outputs and follow action plans
- Align business on project objectives
- Create amp; review detailed business requirements, user stories
- Support product owner in the definition of backlog
- Support to prioritize business requirements according to business value
- Support the development of capabilities through the development phase amp; Provide functional analysis
- Support the definition of acceptance criteria and high level estimations
- Support testing through the test phase
Requirements
- Adept in collaborating with business teams, designers, developers
- Ability to make recommendations and bring conclusion in ambiguous situations
- Skilled in creating requirements meeting immediate needs and long term
- Proactive and a self-starter
- Organized, structured in presenting view points
- Excellent communication skills
- English speaking is essential, French speaking is preferred but not mandatory
