Aliceamp;Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!
We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM. We are growing fast, securing 30 million USD of funding in 2022 to develop our unique technology. Role
As an FPamp;A Senior, you will report to the Finance Manager and play a crucial role in implementing Finance policies, supporting Aliceamp;Bob's growth, and contributing to its performance. Your missions will include:
Budgeting and planning
- Participating in the entire planning, budgeting, and forecasting process of both French and American entities
- Monitoring the budget with all budget owners
- Improving the monthly and yearly closing process
- Providing financial support for our Consulting Business Unit: The Box
- Monitoring projects supported by grants
Analysis
- Implementing accounting and financial analysis in Odoo, our ERP
- Creating and monitoring data visualization for executives
- Providing ad-hoc analysis when needed
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a finance team
- Fluent in both French and English
- Proficient in Excel amp; PowerBi
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Interests in new technologies and start-up environment
Beneficial: Experience in a start-up/scale-up, knowledge of Odoo
