Your Opportunity:

In this exciting new career opportunity the Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for finding and screening potential B2B clients who could benefit from our world-class language, intercultural and soft skills training. As the first line of communication with a prospective client, the SDR needs a strong understanding of the sales process and excels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales closers for success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries.
  • Identify the needs of prospects through Discovery Calls and suggest appropriate products and services.
  • Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Sales Development Executives.
  • Effectively partner with the Business Development teams.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools.
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations through video and phone calls, over email, LinkedIn and other prospecting approaches.
  • Meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas whilst driving pipeline growth for the New Business Development Team.
  • Ensure all data is correctly entered and followed up in CRM.
  • Report to the SDR Manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results.

  • Professional communication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way.
  • Relevant experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding targets or equivalent transferable skills and/or personal attributes.
  • Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sale organization.
  • Ability to think on your feet and overcome obstacles in real time.

Skills

  • Microsoft Office 365 experience required.
  • Possession of strong negotiation skills required.
  • C1 level of English required.
  • Fluent/Native level of French required.

Education amp; Experience

  • Experience with sales and client relationships
  • 6 Months of SDR/Outbound/Cold calling experience desired
