Aliceamp;Bob is developing the first universal, fault-tolerant quantum computer to solve the world’s hardest problems. The quantum computer we envision building is based on a new kind of superconducting qubit: the Schrödinger cat qubit. In comparison to other superconducting platforms, cat qubits have the astonishing ability to implement quantum error correction autonomously!
We are at the forefront of the quantum race, competing with tech giants such as Google or IBM. We are growing fast, securing 30 million USD of funding in 2022 to develop our unique technology. We are 80 and counting, between physicists, PhDs, engineers and experienced business professionals, all united in reaching our ambitious goal. Role
Role As a HR Manager, you will report to the Head of People and will play a crucial role in implementing HR policies, and supporting the professional development of our Engineering team members while contributing to projects that elevate our Talent Solutions function to new heights.
Your missions will include:
Support Employee’s Growth
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of our human resources
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Conduct skills gap analyses to determine personnel needs
- Design and deliver employee training programs (e.g. individual, team, skill-based and management training)
- Nurturing and retaining our talent
- Decide and act on initiatives for equal opportunity, diversity etc.
Team amp; Management Partner - Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance
- Nurture a positive working environment handling your people’s moral and doubt
- Bridge Team Leads and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Create organizational charts and define each position’s responsibilities
- Be Alice amp; Bob first culture advocate
Project Development / Data Driven
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Stay updated on industry trends to ensure competitive and attractive packages for employees.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage HR initiatives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Having experience in a deep-tech company or a scale-up is considered advantageous.
