  • Support for field management teams:
  • You will support the daily work of 3 team leaders and their assistants who operate on different shifts 7 days a week, night and day.
  • You will train the team leaders in the tools and help them to implement a clear methodology so that they can manage growing teams with limited turnover and achieve objectives on a daily basis;
  • You will be the first point of contact for municipal authorities and emergency forces, and support the team leader in his dealings with the police;
  • You will validate and check schedules and time sheets drawn up by team leaders.
  • You will play an active role in recruiting new staff and supporting team leaders in staffing.
  • You will take an active part in monthly team meetings and strengthen links within the teams.
  • You won't hesitate to get your hands dirty (touring with employees in the field, understanding their work, explaining new features of the in-house application, etc.).

  • Ensuring the city's performance:
  • On a daily basis, you will monitor the state of the fleet and the main indicators/objectives (availability, fleet positioning, etc.) to ensure that they are met.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring the accident rate of our teams.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining and improving team productivity and performance.
  • You will work with European support functions to improve operations.
  • You will ensure the availability and smooth running of the telephones, vans and bicycles used by the teams.
What you will need:
  • 6-month internship availability
  • A good level of French and English is required to be able to communicate with the other European teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • A combination of an interest in the field, micro-mobility and management
  • Autonomy, initiative and thoroughness
  • A driving licence is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of human resources, particularly recruitment, is a plus
