Job Description

Our client, a distinguished Global Luxury Leader with an expanding presence in lt;lt;gt;gt;, is on the lookout for a Talent Acquisition Team Manager. This pivotal role entails steering a high-achieving team toward augmenting the company’s growth and profitability by rendering premier recruitment services. The incumbent will oversee the daily operational facets of project deliverables, with a primary aim to uphold and deliver high-quality service, ensuring customer satisfactionis consistently maintained and achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a dynamic team to ensure recruitment deliverables are met daily, aligning with KPIs and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Cultivate trust and confidence among key stakeholders, ensuring effective expectation setting and adept management of client communications through relationship building.
  • Actively identify areas for improvement, offering constructive suggestions for change, inclusive of proposed change management steps.
  • Prepare for and engage in project reviews with clients and senior management, promoting a collaborative approach to enhancing recruitment processes.

Requirements

  • A keen interest in the luxury sector, fueled by motivation and a robust comprehension of full life cycle recruiting alongside industry best practices.
  • A minimum of 6 years experience in recruitment, inclusive of managing a sizable recruiting team.
  • Acumen in understanding recruiting metrics and adhering to reporting standards.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, offering insightful recommendations and solutions.
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills, adept at managing multiple responsibilities efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced service milieu.
  • Proficient business communication skills in French and English.
