You Will:
- Welcome clients and engage in conversation.
- Respond to chat requests and concerns via live chat and email.
- Maintain and keep platforms free from inappropriate, and illegal content.
- Ensure that players adhere to the game’s rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Native French speaker
- Fluent English speaker
- Proficient typing and computer navigation skills: at least a typing speed of 25 WPM
- Willingness to achieve goals and self-improvement
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to find the positive in any situation
- Attentiveness and patience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Interpersonal and customer service skills
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
