Responsibilities :

  • Identify, prospect and onboard new customers in by using digital channels
  • Own the complex sales cycle with our largest merchants - from the prospecting stage to closing deals
  • Recognize opportunities to drive profitable revenue in targeted markets, utilizing professional online tools
  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients turning them into our ambassadors
  • Support clients to identify, navigate and overcome technical or systemic complexities to drive the adoption of new payment technology
  • Ensure that project goals are met and adhere to approved budget
  • Participate actively in developing our e-commerce activities and strategies
  • Become an expert in selling VivaWallet’s world class financial solutions
  • Provide expertise, feedback, analysis and after-sales support where necessary
  • You will also be responsible for maximizing the potential of your sales team, developing sales plans and justifying these plans to your management.

Team Managmeent :

  • Support, monitor and coach your teams by communicating your expectations and objectives clearly and positively;
  • Identify your team members' training needs, career opportunities and talents of your team members;
  • Present the company's products and services in a positive and convincing manner and share them with your teams;
  • Ensure team spirit and up-to-date skills.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of expertise in B2B field sales at mid senior level management;
  • Track record of consistently achieving quota in past positions;
  • Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems;
  • Outstanding negotiation / sales skills with proven closing ability;
  • Strong organizational and diary management skills;
  • Resiliency and the ability to handle objections;
  • The motivation to succeed, both personally and financially;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Fluent in English and French
