Are you a social media enthusiast bursting with creativity and a knack for crafting captivating brand experiences? Allurion Technologies has the perfect role for you! We're seeking a dynamic Community Manager to spearhead our brand presence in the UAE and Turkey.
As our Community Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our trade marketing team to adapt global content to the region's unique nuances. You'll be the voice of our brand, fostering strong connections within the community. Your expertise in Arabic-UAE writing, social platform management, and basic design and video editing tools (like Canva) will shine in this role.
What you'll do:
- Engage with followers, promptly responding to queries and monitoring customer reviews.
- Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals, and so on..
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
- Localize global campaign to your markets specificities
- Work with the trade marketing team to create local content that embodies our brand values and resonates with our followers.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize strategies and achieve our goals.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven experience as a Community manager (1 to 3 years), ideally in a fast-paced, creative, consumer-facing environment.
- Advanced proficiency in written Arabic-UAE and English - Perfect level in spelling and grammar (Turkish proficiency is a plus).
- Proficiency in editing and design platforms like Canva, HappyScribe, simple Adobe Suite tools, etc
- Familiarity with moderation platforms like Hootsuite.
- Strong organizational skills with impeccable execution and attention to details
- Self-motivated, with an ability and interest to work in a fast-growing company and constantly changing environment
- Familiarity with social media monitoring and analytics
