We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Senior Interior Designer to lead the renovation / light construction of creative working spaces (50 + headcount per office), including custom furniture, meeting rooms, etc. If you have a passion for sustainable Interior Design amp; Architecture, enjoy mixing old architecture building with innovative materials, work at ease with industrial type design mixing steel, Iron with lime, clay, concrete amp; wood, you will enjoy working with us! Based in Paris or Nice (France), with hybrid working hours (office amp; remote), this is either a full time contract or CDD that will possibly be transformed in a CDI.
This is a 12-month contract position or CDD leading possibly to a CDI.
As part of this role, you will be:
- Manage all aspects of creating innovative office design spaces (as well as some light residential spaces).
- Perform site survey, CAD drawings, Sketchup 3D and Renders for office layout as well as specific area such as kitchen, bathroom, creative rooms, command and control centers, etc).
- Develop interior schemes, including material amp; furniture selections, lighting, fabrics, etc.
- Write detailed specifications and prepare custom furniture DWG amp; RFQ. Select partners and trades to perform project execution.
- Manage and oversee renovation/construction / Interior design phases. Collaborate with general contractors, office Managers and specialty trades to ensure adequation between design and construction phases.
- Perform on-site QA, manage corrective actions, and ensure adherence to design and quality corporate standards.
- Developing Interior design resources (vendor, furniture maker, professional sources)
- Presenting and communicating design concepts internally and externally, orally and in writing.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in qualified experience in light commercial and light residential Interior Design management.
- 6+ years in a qualified Interior Design firm working on the full cycle of Interior Design from initial requirement to end of construction/renovations.
- Strong experience in custom furniture, kitchen, bathroom, and workspace management
- Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in interior design or architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketchup, MS Office
- Proficiency in Rendering Engine such a V-Ray or equivalent.
- Experience working on multiple projects and being able to collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and visual) and ability to present to C-level and Senior Management.
- Positive attitude, attentive to details, and passionate about Sustainable Interior Design and Architecture.
- Solid understanding or advanced technologies in Design such as automation and others (Loxone, Lutron, Crestron, Salto Systems, Color Kinetics, Samsung display technologies). Keen to integrate advanced technologies into Interior Design, Architecture, and Custom furniture.
