We're looking for an independent, forward-thinking Sales Development Representative to join the our growing France sales team.


How you’ll make an impact

At Plan A, you'll be working with large, global companies to understand and reduce their carbon footprint. We see strong traction in various industries amp; company segments and are looking for a Sales Development Representative to join to grow the French market for Plan A. We are looking for someone to:

  • Lead the research, mapping and prioritisation of target accounts
  • Own and manage a pipeline of inbound amp; outbound leads
  • Engage with them via phone, email amp; LinkedIn to generate sales opportunities
  • Understand our product, offer and value proposition to represent Plan A in front of prospects
  • Look into the KPIs and data resulting from your pipeline to identify measures for improvement amp; best practices to share with the team
  • Collaborate with our Marketing and your local Sales teams on lead quality and conversion
  • Develop your local sustainability amp; market knowledge to act as trusted resource for internal and external contacts

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or Bachelor’s Degree + 1 year experience)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • An open-minded team player, striving to drive success for the wider team as well as yourself
  • Highly motivated with a positive, creative amp; fearless approach to your work
  • Data, target-driven growth mentality with an ability to work in a high energy sales environment
  • Independent mindset and personal organisation skills to manage priorities amp; time effectively
  • Strong interest in Sustainability
  • Fluency in German and English
