  • Grow and nurture a portfolio of SMB customers in the French Market
  • Maximise your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing churn and contraction
  • Gather customer product feedback to help shape and define the product roadmap
  • Develop and automate our processes, practices amp; tools
  • Bring in new ideas to delight our customers
What we are looking for :
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-ranking business school
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for consistently providing excellent customer experience
  • Comfortable managing several tasks and issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English amp; French
  • Previous experience in a similar environment would be appreciated
Process
After having applied for this position, we will schedule an interview with Stefanie, HR BP EMEA, in order to understand your motivation and background. Afterwards, we will schedule a meeting for a use case and interview with the future direct report or another manager before taking the decision.
