We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Human Resources Manager to oversee and guide the HR activities to support rapid growth and continued success. The HR Manager will ensure the effective deployment of the HR strategy, leading to outstanding HR service delivery and great employee and customer experience.

This is a permanent employment contract.

Responsibilities:

HR Manager (50%):

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs in compliance with French labor laws and regulations.
  • Create and operate an intern HR system, including leave management, sick leave, and other related processes
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and performance management programs in adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Oversee payroll management processes to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and conflict resolution.
  • Cultivate a professional work culture that emphasizes employee engagement, well-being, and work-life balance.
  • Manage employee relations and handle disciplinary actions or grievances when necessary.
  • Stay informed about HR trends, best practices, and legal updates to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address organizational needs and implement effective HR solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives and propose enhancements.
  • Handle HR-related administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, HRIS management, and documentation.

Talent Acquisition Manager (50%):

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
  • Build a strong employer brand presence and enhance the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop job descriptions and specifications.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Stay updated on market trends and competitor analysis to optimize talent acquisition strategies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Continuously improve recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager, Talent Acquisition Manager, or similar roles, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of French labor laws, regulations, and statutory requirements.
  • Demonstrated expertise in HR management, including employee benefits, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • High level of discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software tools.
  • Proactive mindset with a problem-solving orientation, adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Fluent in both French and English languages.
