As the Community Manager for the Skeepers Influencer Community, your primary role will be managing and expanding our network of influencers essential in creating User-Generated Content (UGC) for our brands. You'll create and execute community engagement strategies, foster relationships with influencers, boost brand awareness, and drive business growth. You will manage our social media handles and curate engaging content. You'll ensure that our influencer community aligns with our brand's expectations and actively participates in our campaigns. Furthermore, you'll be responsible for analytics related to the influencer funnel and maintaining an engaging editorial calendar. Acting as a liaison between sales, customer success management (CSM), and marketing teams, you'll ensure brand expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Community Building and Engagement: Cultivate and manage our influencer community, fostering engagement.
  1. Social Media Management: Manage our social media platforms, executing a content strategy that drives engagement and reflects our brand values.
  1. Influencer Relations: Nurture strong relationships with influencers, acting as their primary contact.
  1. Influencer Activation: Ensure our influencer community is not only growing but is also active and adheres to brand briefs.
  1. Brand Alignment: Ensure that the influencer community aligns with our brand's expectations and ethos.
  1. Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as the go-to person between sales, CSM, and marketing teams.
  1. Content Management amp; Editorial Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for our influencer community and social media platforms. Maintain and optimize our editorial calendar to ensure it remains engaging for our community. Create educational content and resources around our products for our community.
  1. Consistent community strategy: Orchestrate our different community managers in each region (France, Spain, Italy, Germany and North America) to ensure we have consistency through our different communities.
  1. Community Growth: Develop strategies to attract new influencers to our community.
  1. Influencer Funnel Analytics: Responsible for the analysis and reporting of influencer funnel metrics.
  1. Performance Tracking: Monitor community engagement and social media performance metrics, utilizing these insights to refine our community management strategies.
  1. Brand Advocacy: Advocate for our brand values within the community, turning influencers into brand advocates.
  1. Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from the community, sharing insights with relevant teams to enhance our products and services. Participate in product testing to ensure integrations and product features are completed and effective.
  1. Industry knowledge: Stay on top of platform improvements, changes to existing offerings, and new offerings in the social media space

Requirements

You will be ideal candidate if you have:

  • Proven experience in community management, influencer marketing, and/or social media management.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Ability to analyze community engagement metrics and derive actionable insights.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the SaaS and UGC landscapes.
  • Experience in organizing and hosting community events is a plus.
