We need to widen our notoriety to develop the company through grants, so we need you.
You'll orchestrated the process related to the preparation and formalization of responses to calls for tenders on the administrative and financial level. These directions will obviously grow in the coming years giving you the opportunity to specialize and build the teams.
You will be responsible for the management of calls for tenders, follow-up of projects with the all technical team as well as the writing of files and follow-up of campaign development.
Responsabilities
- Define and formalize procedures for seeking funding and monitoring grants, calls for projects and competitions of interest to the company.
- You will ensure that procedures are adapted to needs and changes.
- Including budget and analysis, financial reporting, labor distribution changes
- Orient, prepare and advise the executive on the various missions in process
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in related field
- Organized and detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- French and English (fluent or native)
