Main missions:We have the ambition to become a European leader in DIY amp; gardening. To do this, we are looking for a category analyst apprentice for France, who will support ManoMano in its growth by taking charge of the ecommerce experience, using a category approach, in order to make sure we propose the best catalog to our customers, in line with local specificities and expectations, easily accessible and described properly.Part of the performance management team, you will support category performance monitoring by collecting, automating data and creating dashboards/tools :- Market intelligence: collection and consolidation of external market data, competitors scrapings.- Monitoring: work on tools to monitor catalog quality and performance at both product and unit of needs levels. - Analyze and communicate about business performance.- Improve existing dashboards or lead creation of new ones to track performance for the different product families. (e.g. e-merchandising dashboard)- Ad Hoc Business analysis and projects
Preferred experience:- Master student in Engineering or Business School (or other equivalent university education)- Analytical amp; data driven with data management skills- Customer-orientedStrong analytical skills, with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn and iterate- Synthetic- Good digital culture- English language- Autonomous and agile (able to work in a constantly changing environment)- Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills- Nice to have: strong interest in DIY and/or Home Improvement
