We are looking for a mid-senior Ontology Data Engineer to join the Research and Development team who is willing to apply his knowledge about the complexities of structured, semi-structured and non-structured (text and categorical) data and have a significant impact on the Healthcare Analytics sector.
This is a permanent (CDI) position in Paris France.
The Position: Mid-senior Ontology Data and AI Engineer.
The Role:
As part of the Ramp;D and AI departments, you will work side to side with a team of AI engineers, architects and data scientists located in multiple countries to perform research and development on Ontology and AI-based technologies applied to Healthcare Analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Apply Ramp;D methodologies in ontologies and knowledge graphs for AI in the Health care industry.
- Create algorithms to extract information from large, multiparametric global data sets.
- Work as the main technical developer (i.e., lead dev) of the company’s first domain-specific ontology.
- Develop automated processes for predictive model validation, deployment, and implementation.
- Work closely with Ryte’s AI Ramp;D and AI VP Directors to ensure that the insights created from the AI/ML/Ontology models are effectively translated into action that creates business impact.
- Work with Department Managers and Engineers and dive deep into Ryte’s collection of structured and non-structured data.
- Maximize productivity, process efficiency and quality through streamlined workflows, process standardization, documentation and investigations on a periodic basis, including:
- Experimentation tracking
- Pipelining
- CI/CD
- Monitoring
- Design, develop, and implement analytical solutions using various commercial and open-source tools such as Python, R, TensorFlow; and specialized graph databases such as Neo4j, Ontotext, Virtuoso, Protégé, etc.
- Actively collaborate in the conception, development and testing of REST web API interfaces for Ontology querying and load balancer strain tests.
Requirements
- Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering or related (STEM) quantitative discipline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent understanding of Python and/or R, Matlab, Java, C++.
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL.
- Knowledge of (Azure) Databricks will be a plus.
- Experience with at least one Deep Learning framework such as TensorFlow, Keras, Azure ML Studio, or PyTorch.
- Experience working with tools such as MLflow or Azure ML will be a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must.
