About the role :
You will join our Management Team as a Chief Financial Officer, you will play a key role in our European growth and expansion.
We are looking for a committed leader with a strong background in finance, capable of making solid decisions and guiding Otoqi to sustainable financial success.
You will report directly to the CEO and work collaboratively with all teams (Sales, Ops, Product, HR and Dev).
You will lead our financial strategy, overseeing all aspects of financial management, from budget planning and performance analysis to investor and shareholder relations.
More precisely, you will:
- Drive the company’s financial planning
- Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies
- Define and support the organization’s fundraising plans
- Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
- Support the acquisition strategy
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
- Ensure cash flow is appropriate for the organization’s operations
- Prepare reliable current and forecasting reports
- Communicate with international stakeholders and investors
- Manage a team of financial and administrative staff
- Manage vendor relationships
- Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system
What we are looking for:
- MBA in Finance or relevant field
- Proven experience (5+ years) as CFO
- Track record in fundraising
- Knowledge of business models and strategies for tech companies
- Knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Great leadership and organizational skills
- Strong flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to challenge the way things are done, drive and implement change
- Determination to strategize and solve problems
- Written and spoken English
