Career Renew is recruiting for one of its clients, one of the best commerce schools in Europe, a System amp; Network Administrator to be based in Nice, France.
Within the IT department, you are mainly in charge of configuring and maintaining the VMware network environment and virtual infrastructure, with the aim of providing a continuous service to users.
The team being small (3 people), the missions of each are transversal and allow to extend the field of action.
The main missions are as follows:
updating our various tools, equipment, internal and production servers according to a predefined cycle;
daily checks of security procedures (backups of servers and network equipment, Firewalls and antivirus reports, etc.). ) ;
the handling of our log centralization tool;
the monitoring of the network and our various security tools;
troubleshooting and user support;
management, installation and maintenance of network amp; security equipment;
preparation, installation and configuration of hardware, equipment and software;
diagnosis, prevention and repair of breakdowns and malfunctions;
drafting technical documents and keeping documentation up to date;
participation in meeting service level commitment objectives
Requirements
With a higher education in IT, you have about 5 years of experience in system amp; network administration and user support. You have excellent interpersonal skills and you are versatile, committed, autonomous, rigorous and proactive.
In a multicultural and multi-site environment (Nice, Boston, Singapore, London), you are proficient in technical and professional English.
Additional knowledge about firewalls (PaloAlto), switches and servers (HP), antivirus (WatchGuard), patch management (BigFix), email (Office 365), SIEM (Logpoint), SSO (Okta), AWS Cloud would enhance your application.
